Can I also shop VAT-free?

If you are domiciled within the European Union and have a European sales tax identification number (VAT ID no. Tax-free intra-community delivery), then we do not automatically charge you 19 percent sales tax during the payment process. If you have a European sales tax identification number, please write it when ordering under the country selection in the input field: “If available, enter your European sales tax identification number (VAT ID no., Tax-free intra-community delivery)”. Our website will then automatically show you the purchase price net without 19 percent VAT – provided that your VAT ID has been entered correctly. The field for entering the VAT ID no. only opens if you select a country of the European Union when choosing a country.

If you live in a country outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein or the USA), you will also be shown the net purchase price without 19 percent VAT after you have selected the country. In this case, it is not necessary to enter a VAT ID number.

How do I get an invoice?

With every order from HARA CHAIR, the original invoice is always included in the box and will be sent to you at the same time by e-mail with the number for tracking the shipment. VAT is shown separately on the invoice.

For larger orders, HARA CHAIR a tiered volume discount:

• From 2 to 20 office chairs: 10 percent discount
• From 21 office chairs: 15 percent discount

What payment options do I have?

Order with bank transfer

If you have decided to use the “bank transfer” payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details and your order number after the ordering process. Please enter this number in your bank transfer so that we can allocate your payment. As soon as we have received your transfer, your order will be sent to the specified delivery address. Depending on the bank, a transfer takes about 2-4 working days, payments from abroad up to 5 to 7 working days.

Payment with PayPal

If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal after the order process. As a PayPal customer, log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay as a guest by direct debit or credit card or open a PayPal account in just a few steps and then confirm the payment. It usually only takes minutes for a PayPal payment to arrive. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your order to your specified delivery address.
